Policies

Cancellation Policy: Please contact the atelier at least 24hrs before a scheduled lesson to reschedule a class. No same day cancellations. Classes cannot be rescheduled in under 24 hours and the lesson will be lost.

Cancellation due to Earthquake / Typhoon: In case of large earthquakes / typhoons (natural disasters, acts of god, etc…) anyone requesting to reschedule a lesson before, during or after such event is able to do so. In such events the 24 hour cancellation policy is waived. Typically, the Atelier will remain open during such times, so if you are willing to and would like to come you are welcome. Please contact us during these times if you have any questions. Our only concern is for your safety so please stay at home if you have any reservations. You will not be charged for missed lessons during these times.
